Ingredients
- 80g caster sugar
- 6 cardamom pods, cracked
- 60ml boiling water
- 6 navel oranges
Instructions
1 Combine the sugar cardamom and water in a small bowl and set aside to macerate and cool.
2 Peel the oranges and cut into segments with a small sharp knife. Pour the syrup over and refrigerate for 30 minutes to marinate, then serve.
