Ingredients
- 4 brown sugar cubes
- ΒΌ bunch mint leaves
- 6cm piece ginger, grated
- 3 limes
- 12 lychees, halved
- 1L old-fashioned lemonade
- 8 drops bitters
- 1 punnet redcurrants, picked

Serves: 4
1 Combine the sugar cubes, mint and ginger in the bottom of a cocktail shaker and pound with a muddling stick. Chop one lime, add to the shaker with 4 lychees and muddle again. Stir in the lemonade and bitters.
2 Slice the remaining limes and add to classes with the redcurrants, remaining lychees and ice. Pour in the lemonade mixture through a fine strainer.
