Ingredients
- 1 lemon, chopped
- 4 sugar cubes
- 2 punnets raspberries
- 180ml vodka
- 100ml blood orange liqueur
- 180ml orange juice
- juice of 1 lemon
- 2 egg whites, whisked
- 1½ cups lemonade
- raspberry skewers, to garnish

Serves: 4
1 Place the lemon pieces sugar cubes and 6 raspberries in a cocktail shaker and muddle until the sugar has dissolved. Add the vodka, blood orange liqueur, juices and egg whites, fit the lid, then shake vigorously for 3 minutes.
2 Strain over crushed ice and remaining raspberries in tall glasses, then top with lemonade. Garnish with raspberry skewers.
