Chocolate-berry gateau

Ingredients

  • 150g unsalted butter
  • 150g cream cheese
  • 150g icing sugar, sifted
  • 150g white chocolate, melted and cooled
  • 1 Devil'’s food cake, cooled
  • berries to garnish

Instructions

1 Combine the butter, cream cheese and icing sugar in the bowl of an electric mixer and beat with the paddle attachment on medium speed for 5 minutes, until very light and creamy. Beat in the chocolate.
2 Spread the frosting over the cake, then garnish with berries.
