Ingredients
- 200g dark chocolate
- 75g milk chocolate
- 200g unsalted butter
- 3 eggs
- 200g caster sugar
- 100g plain flour
- 60g dark cocoa powder
Instructions
1 Preheat oven to 160°C. Combine the chocolates and butter in a heatproof bowl and set over a pot of barely simmering water. Stir until just melted, then beat in the eggs and sugar.
2 Sift the flour and cocoa together, then fold into the chocolate mixture gently. Spoon into a lined 27cm x 18cm slice pan. Bake for 30 minutes, until just firm. Cool completely on a wire rack before slicing and serving.
