Ingredients
- 1 baguette, cut into four lengths
- ½ cup spicy tomato relish
- 1 cup red cabbage, finely shredded
- 400g rare roast beef, thickly-cut
- salt flakes and freshly-milled black pepper
- ½ cup alfalfa sprouts
Instructions
1 Halve the baguette lengths, then spread with tomato relish. Top with cabbage then beef, and season with salt and pepper. Finish with alfalfa and serve.
