Rare roast beef baguette

Ingredients

  • 1 baguette, cut into four lengths
  • ½ cup spicy tomato relish
  • 1 cup red cabbage, finely shredded
  • 400g rare roast beef, thickly-cut
  • salt flakes and freshly-milled black pepper
  • ½ cup alfalfa sprouts

Instructions

1 Halve the baguette lengths, then spread with tomato relish. Top with cabbage then beef, and season with salt and pepper. Finish with alfalfa and serve.
