Simple tartare sauce

Ingredients

  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp capers, chopped
  • 1 gherkin, finely diced
  • 4 green olives, finely diced
  • 2 sprigs parsley leaves, finely chopped
  • pinch cayenne pepper
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

1 Place the mayonnaise in a large mixing bowl.
2 Stir in the remaining ingredients and season lightly with salt and pepper.
