Ingredients
- 1½ Tbsp Russian caravan tea leaves
- 2 sprigs lemon thyme
- 12 rosemary petals
- 1 fresh bay leaf
- thickly-sliced zest of 1 orange
- 1 tsp dried rose petals
- sweetened condensed milk, to serve
Instructions
1 Combine the tea leaves, thyme, rosemary, bay leaf, zest and rose petals in a 2L tea pot or billy. Fill with boiling water and stand for 4 minutes. Strain into mugs, then serve with sweetened condensed milk
